Each year, Scoop Palm Springs benefits a different local non-profit, with a mission to support under-resourced communities in the Coachella Valley—and have fun doing it. The event joins dozens of Palm Springs' top ice cream and gelato vendors with thousands of sweet-toothed attendees for a great cause and a great time.
